A member asked:

Mycoplasma, chylamydia, and legionella are most often treated with what?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Azithromycin: Azithromycin covers all three pretty well and is first line therapy. Chlamydia trachomatis infections can also be treated with doxycycline, if cost is a concern. The newer quinolones like Levofloxacin can be used to treat legionellosis as well. Hope this helps.
