My mom has liposarcoma. is that a bad cancer or one that we can get rid of?

Depends: Liposarcoma falls in the category of sarcoma which are connective tissue cancers. Prognosis depends on staging, size of the tumor, aggressiveness of the tumor( grade), location. Low grade tumors that are completely excised with clear margins without evidence of spread elsewhere, have a very good prognosis.
