Bump under eye: Following a contusion, there can be bleeding in the periorbita as we have muscles and fat with many blood vessels, a contusion may cause bleedingm which may form a collection of blood hematoma. It usually absorbs with time. If a lump persists the hematoma may become organized, explaining the lump related to a contusion. The question would be is it related to the contusion?
