I have grade 2 scariolitis (as) and i take no medication. I have low hemoglobin 118, low MCH 27.2 and high RDW which came on suddenly. My blood count was normal six weeks ago, except the low potassium level of 3.3. Could I have aoi anemia or inflammation?

Last blood work showed MCH at 25.7 (low) and RDW at 15.8 (high). Hemoglobin was within normal range (13.4). I had only looked at hemoglobin, but could MCH and RDW indicate anemia regardless of hemoglobin count?
If my hemoglobin level is 11 am I considered anemic or not?I often feel dizzy especially in the night and very tired all blood test were okay.
