If someone is anemic and their hemoglobin is dropping is it normal for their white blood cells to drop too? if not what could cause both?

Not normal: Anemia is never normal. Simply watching a hemoglobin drop without a diagnosis and plan is unacceptable and inexcusable. The white cells dropping concurrently suggests aplastic anemia or myelodysplasia.
