None: Sugar has virtually no health benefits at all. It aggravates acne and weight gain. Just because you can eat it and survive does not mean it is good for you. Avoid it as much as you can.

None: Sugar is a metabolic poison. It is a root cause of high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, obesity, cancer, inflammatory diseases. Sugar is highly addictive. The less sugar you consume, the healthier you will be.
