How much exercise is too much and bad for your health? i am a bit confused...too much, too little...what draws the line?

Moderation : Moderation is key. Listen to u'r body. It tells u when to rest. Too much is different for everyone. Make sure u hydrate well, stretch well and it helps to ice down muscle areas that have been overworked during the workout/exercise. Balancing this with healthy food choices is key too.

60 minutes per day: Young person like you In addition to doing CV exercise should also pay attention to balanced food. Yours is a growing body and needs vitamins, Minerals like Calcium and Magnesium to make healthy Brain and Bones. Too much exercise strains the joints and Muscles. Increased fatigue will affect your effort to study effectively. EVery thing in moderation is ok.
