Can be...: In general, it's not good for that much sodium and potassium intake. Can lead to things like high blood pressure, etc. However, if you have healthy kidneys, so metabolic disorders and also insure you get plenty of water as well, the salts are not likely going to do any immediate damage. The clue to your body's intake is "in moderation" - for everything!
