Water: Typically water is your best bet. Drinks that provide a balance of some of the chemicals that you can lose through sweating or urination (such as some sport drinks) may do a better job of replacing not only the water but also lost minerals. Just avoid drinks containing too much sugar or salt as this can worsen the dehydration.
