High salt intake will increase volume and blood pressure and salty water will create thirst then you will drink more and it can worsen the urinary frequency. You may have sx of overactive bladder. If this the case, you have frequent urge to void but urine volume is usually less than 100 cc. It can be treated with cognitive behavior therapy.

intake of water/ fluids should Depend on your physical exertion, climate, among other things. trying to retain fluids -if in excess with salt intake sounds logical but is not. You can reduce water if you are sedentary. If frequency persists pl get a check-up and a urine test. Good luck
