I have bronchitis and my fever 102.92 doesn't break for 24 hours, i'm taking ibuprofen 600 mg every 6 hours, drinking water, cold compresses. is this dangerous? what can i do to solve this at home, i have prediabetes, obesity and severe anemia?

Prolonged high fever may lead to seizures, brain damage, or even death. You may try alternating between ibuprofen and acetaminophen to help with the fever. But if the temperature still doesn't come down or if you have any breathing problems, you should seek medical attention as soon as possible.
