A member asked:

What are the dangers of drinking caffeinated soda every day, or very often?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

How much soda?: The caffeine is only one issue - sugar is the other. Soft drinks are a major contributor to the current obesity epidemic. However, there have been associations of regular use of even diet soda with an increase in heart disease. One or two servings of caffeine a day does not appear to affect the health of most people, although some are very sensitive and get insomnia;anxiety, water is better for us.
