Civil cases, Yes!: There aren't yet statutes(laws) criminally against not revealing a positive HIV status, but one can be successfully sued in a civil court. Withholding a positive HIV status is frankly spiritually, epidemiologically, and morally wrong. We must eradicate this like any other disease with knowledge, revelation, understanding , and treatment.
