+/- 30-50gms: I use his after a hard hourlong work out. Stay lower if not very hard a program higher with harder. Try @ get it in within 20-30 post workout. You will get the rest of the protein u need from a good diet. Combining wt loss diets with lifting makes it more important 2 b sure youburn fat and not protein from ur muscles.
