If doctor wants to operate (c-section) 10 days before expected delivery date. is it safe?

Insufficient : Information. Why does the doctor want to do a c-section? If there is a valid reason for the operation and the gestational age of the fetus can be determined with sufficient accuracy, ten days before the due date, by itself is not dangerous. Such matters are best discussed with your doctor.
