Sounds like . . . .: . . . You might be dealing with something that's bothering you, and it's disturbing your sleep. Sure, there are over-the-counter medicines and herbs that can be tried to help induce sleep. But maybe it would help more to explore this with a therapist who's trained to listen? You might be surprised to find the answers within you, you can address whatever needs addressing, and sleep can come.
