Caffeine, exercise: I'm sorry you weren't able to sleep. If you absolutely need to be at work the next day, caffeine can help as a short term boost. Also, try to be active during the day: get up, stretch, walk around. Get sunlight. If you can nap even just a little - like 15-20 min, that can help. Most of all, stay safe on the road when you drive!
