Rest: Your body will recover from a concussion at the rate it wants to recover. There's not much you can do to speed it up. Rest, both physically and cognitively, avoid nsaids, refrain from any activities where you risk a second concussion. See your doc and if symptoms last more than a week, or worsen at any point go back again.
