Fatigue can be a sx: Of a concussion. A concussion can occur after trauma to the head with or without loss of consciousness. Symptoms can include: blurry or fuzzy vision, slurred speech, weakness, fatigue, feeling dazed, numbness, lack of coordination or balance, headache, nausea, vomiting, confusion, problems with short term memory, dizziness as well as repeating things over and over.

Fatigue: Fatigue is very common as a result of concussion. This reflects stretching of the nerve fibers in the reticular Activating System which has a responsibility for keeping you alert.
