Can one get a concussion from headbanging (moving head back and forth really fast, like at a rock concert)?

Very unlikely: Your brain is surrounded by fluid and you would have to accelerate and then decelerate it as if you were traveling in a car. The fastest human sprinters, and they are running in the clear, can run at up to about 16 mph. "Myth busted"!
