Over eating post gym: First eating right after the gym work out is probably not good. Like a gym work out pace yourself. Eat and drink a small snack. Go home cook a meal, or amke sure a cooked meal is waiting for you at home. Consult a dietician about regular meals through the day so you are not so hungry before you start.
