My brother fainted after seeing an image/video he found disburbing. he also said he probably should of drank or ate more that day. would him staying fully hydrated and not hungry avoid him feeling faint after seeing something he found disturbing?

Fainting: Depend on what the details were the day or so before fainting. If seeing blood was the issue this usually goes away with repeated exposure. My lab partner in medical school fainted when I drew his blood and then he fainted when drawing my blood. But he became a surgeon.
