It could likely be removed using a laparoscope, resulting in small incisions. The sooner it is removed the better. See your doctor don't go to the er.

Ovarian cyst: A 7cm cyst is actually very big. Er is not the solution as they will not take it out. Call your ob/gyn and have her seen there.
