13 year old daughter has an incidental finding of mildly complex cyst (ovarian) of ~3*3*3 cm containing 10*6*5 mm mural nodule. should i be concerned?

Not right now: Tell us why was her Ovary checked in the first place? Does she have any symptoms? This cyst can get bigger and the mural nodule can enlarge. This should be re- checked in 3 to 6 months time. if these show further growth then surgical intervention may be required. Find a good Gynecologist to help you sort this out.
