See below: Rsd is possible with ms although I have never seen it together. Many people with ms have various types of pain associated with damage to the nervous system without having a diagnosis of "rsd". Having said that i would not be able to know without examining you.

Assume RSD: Do you mean reflex sympathetic dystrophy? If so, this is certainly not a common co-morbidity of MS, and never a complication of MS. Since MS can cause painful issues, important that this be sorted out fully and carefully and would consider thermography, 3-phase bone scan, or QSART study to pin this down. I have never seen a patient with both MS and RSD, but theoretically could happen.
