Vasculopathy: Sounds like small vessel disease or a raynauds type of issue. Your doctor might want to start you on an Aspirin or Nifedipine after further evaluation if they find some small vessel issues are at play. Nighttime is to sleep with some sort of cotton glove.

Peripheral nerve: Your problem could involve peripheral nerve and perhaps you possess neuropathy, which may be associated with one of your medications. Alternatively, a raynaud's or small vessel issue? Note you saying that ms diagnosed, but do not find you taking any ms med. Are you secondary progressive phase or wheelchair bound? Cervical cord plaque could affect spinothalamic tract.

Raynaud's: This could be related to the tiny arteries in your hands. Seeing a vascular surgeon could help evaluate this. Raynaud's syndrome is a common cause of these types of symptoms.
