Believe neurologist: Permit the neurologist to complete his/her evaluation and then accept those conclusions.

Get second opinion: This variety of conflicting communication and emerging office tension will not serve you well as a patient. Suggest you find another neurological office unless this can be harmoniously worked out.

Have right eye drooping and nerve/head pain, fatigue, body aches. AchR was low positive and ANA positive. Doc says not myasthenia or MS as SFEMG, EMG, head MRI/MRA, thymoma scan and LEMS serology were ok. Second AchR was negative. What could it be?
