Keep the mouth moist: Keep you mouth moist sipping sugarfree liquids and you can stimulate saliva with sugarfree mints.Fluoride rinses and gels help reduce the harmful effects of dry mouth on your teeth.

Fluoride: You should have some Fluoride trays made by your dentist which are similar to whitening trays except you put Fluoride in the trays. You can also use some of the products such as biotene other product specifically for dry mouth.

Cleaning: When you get a dry mouth try to avoid products that contain sugar--try sugar free mints and lozenges. Sipping water is much better that any drink with sugar in it. Make sure your teeth are super clean and use a Fluoride mouth-rinse. And make sure you have regular dental visits!
