A dry mouth is a side effect of Adderall. This would explain oral sores and cracked lips, as well as an increase in dental caries resulting in weaker teeth that crack. You may also be clenching/grinding your teeth. You need to see a local dentist for a work up, treatment, and possible bruxism guard. Also see your prescribing physician for medication alternatives.

First you must stop taking Aderrall and inform your doctor who prescribed the medicine.and ask for substitute if you must take the medicine . As regard your deteriorating teeth they need to be treated by your Dentist because infected and cracked teeth can cause irritation in mouth .
