Talk to the doc: It is your right to have your medical diagnoses and care plan described to you so that you understand it. Not everybody is a great communicator. Sometimes, when mds get rushed, they forget that they speak a different language and vocabulary that you do. Every vocation has its own vocabulary. I think the patient will often tell me what the diagnosis is, in their own language.
