Vitamins won't help: If stronger glasses no longer improve sight, then there is usually a medical condition in the eye causing the limitation. At 23 years old, such conditions are rare. Except for severe vit a deficiency there are few conditions that will significantly improve vision with 2 weeks of vitamins. If you vision is no longer fully correctable with glasses, you need a diagnosis from an ophthalmologist.
