None: Contrary to popular hype and hoopla, you don't need multivitamins if you eat fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, whole grains, wild fish (salmon, cod, sardines) and get at least 15 minutes of sun a day. It is false information that soil is depleted to the extent that your produce does not contain adequate vitamins. Produce would not grow without. Avoid pills whenever possible, including multivitamins.
