Varied diet? See Dr.: I would guess that you vary what you eat regularly and how much activity you engage in if your weight fluctuates frequently. A few pounds is normal fluctuation; however, a change of a few% of your body weight is atypically if unintentional. Try eating a consistent diet (caloric intake) and see what happens. It is advisable to talk to your doctor about this to rule out med prob & get diet advice.
