Likely Extraction: If your wisdom teeth are breaking down you need to have the checked out. It is likely that they will need to be removed if they are not fixable or if you just can not maintain them well. If you choose not to, then you run the risk of much pain, infection that may lead to an emerge visit. Go see your dentist.
