my heel hurts after i got my foot cast removed. normal?

Yes: Often after being in a cast, the foot and ankle can lack flexibility. This lack of flexibilty will cause stress to the bottom of the foot at the plantar fascia ligament which results in heel pain. Stretching and physical therapy will help with this problem.

Depends: If you where in a cast for a heel problem then the pain is probably normal. If you where in a cast for a different problem then the heel pain is not normal.
