Had foot surgery three weeks ago the incision on my heel hurts i have a cast inside it feels sticky is this normal?

Get it checked: The sticky sensation may be an early sign of infection or a cast sore. Get evaluated by your doc and have the cast removed and changed.

Tell your surgeon: It might be normal and it might not, there is a lot of healing going on. I myself am not one for guessing. The best way to see if everything is ok is to actually see the incision line. You should talk this over with your surgeon. A patient's post-op concerns are viable ones indeed!

Pain is normal, but.: Pain with recent foot surgery is normal. But, please follow up with your surgeon to make sure your cast is okay and you are healing nicely.
