See below: Culturally or physiologically? Sadly 4 social & work purposes we r pressed into meal routine that counters physiologic sense. We should eat when we are hungry or "graze" thruout the day to maintain more even blood sugar levels & prevent obesity. Diabetics & the obese are advise to eat multiple mini-meals for these reasons. Ideally family should eat 1 meal together for social interaction.
