Pain rt side midback: We do need more history, like if there is radiation of pain towards groin or any where else, if you have any difficulty in urination or blood in the urine.If the pain is worse on movements and intensity of pain but the first thing comes to my mind with pain in this area is kidney pain, or it can be just muscular pain.So consult your doctor to find out what it is and get treated.
