Vaginal bleeding...: ...probably is the most important of your symptoms. I doubt the others have anything to do with it. Any abnormal vaginal bleeding needs professional evaluation. There are too many possibilities and you don't provide enough information to guess at the cause: hormonal, pregnancy, infection (e.g. STDs), and others. Get it checked out and also ask the doctor abour your other symptoms. Good luck!
