Not lupus: ANA 1:640 is not significant. The pain could be due to muscles, disk disease, or kidney disease. Lack of kidney stone makes kidney source of pain less likely, even less, if no evidence of infection on urinalysis. However, with negative work up including ultrasound, and pain getting worse, a ct scan is needed. Another possibility is disk disease that may need an MRI to prove.
