Gallbladder/Pancreas: This may be atypical pain from your gallbladder or pancreas? Are you overweight or obese. You are very young for these symptoms. Alternately they may be signs of food intolerance. If you have nausea or change in stools please see a primary care physician. You cane referred to one on HealthTap but this may require ultrasound or abdominal CT scan.

Left upper quadrant : Pain here can represent a variety of things -gallbladder, stomach, pancreas, kidney bottom of lung food intolerances or even muscular or referred from back. So will need an examination possibly some blood and urine tests and maybe X-rays and/or scans.

Probably gall stones: Pain in upper abdomen can be due to reflux , gastroenteritis, gall stones , inflamed pancreas . Pain which is worse in eating fatty food is typical of gall bladder issues especially gall stones . Please see your GP for blood test and scan of abdomen.

Stomach?: The stomach is located toward the Left side of the upper abdomen. The foods you are mentioning could be exacerbating a stomach ulcer or irritating the lining of your stomach (gastritis). You may like to try an over the counter medicine called omeprazole (you can get this from your pharmacist) and see if it makes a difference if you take it regularly for a week. Failing this you should see your Dr.
