Frustration : Know your triggers. Write down what overwhelms you. If you can start with a little organization of what you need to be successful, focus on that. When you put too much on your plate you start with failure. Start with success. What do you do well? You may need a little coaching from your doctor or find a counselor to help with time management skills/identify stressors/depression?
