Does crying too much cause puffier eyes permanently? i noticed that every time i cry, my eyes gets a bit more puffier even after the swelling go down.

"Too much" means...: "Too much" means different amounts to different people. It would be really hard to cry often enough to permanently change the thickness or puffiness of one's eyelids. Of course, if a person were upset enough to be "crying all the time" she may have a psychological illness such as depression or anxiety, which would alter her facial expressions and appearance, because expressions come from within.
