Various: There are various insoles that work for a wide variety of patients. Some athletes require a custom molded orthotic that is stiffer and more supportive. Some elderly patients require a softer more cushioned arch support that is prefabricated. Many of the insoles sold in stores are not worth the money and have little support for many people. See your foot doctor for the best insole for you.
