No: What you need is a dorsiflexory night splint that will stretch your achilles tendon and your plantar fascia. See a podiatrist and they can help set you up with them.

No, but...: It may result in extreme irritation to the person you are next to. Same for all stretching devices, splints, wraps and orthotics. The last patient I treated for PF had to choose between a painful full bladder and the severe pain of taking 3 steps to the bathroom at night. His wife could not sleep next to him for fear of being bruised. He no longer uses any devices for PF.
