What should i do if i have been suffering with plantar fasciitis, what shoes would be a good choice?

See below: Stretching exercises, more supportive shoes, massage, physical therapy as well as supportive shoes and orthotics often are helpful. A running/walking shoe or sneaker is best.

Plantar fasciitis: Shoes will not correct plantar fascists. Plantar fasciitis responds to orthotics very well . See your podiatrist for an evaluation and assistance.
