Do lansoprazole and clopidogrel cause any interactions?

Yes: All ppi theoretically interfere the metabolism of plavix. Fortunately studies have shown that those interactions are not clinically significant. That being said Protonix (pantoprazole) has the least effect and is probably the safest to use with Plavix as needed.
