POSSIBLE Fracture: A hand fracture usually causes pain and significant swelling/bruising at the fracture site. You may still be able to make a fist but it would probably hurt a great deal.

Could be: Even if you can move your hand and fingers after an injury, it can still be broken. If you are at all concerned, see a doctor.
