Boxer's fracture?: Not sure exactly where you are feeling pain but striking something hard with a closed fist can result in a boxer's fracture, or another fracture. Get this checked out by your doctor.

Could be . . .: Punching something hard often results in a fracture of the 5th metacarpal, the bone in your hand that forms the knuckle of your pinkie. An x-ray can be used to identify a fracture.
