The ideal diet: = gvb = grains/veg/beans (+ fruit nuts, and seeds) at the 90 + % level. This is what fits with our anatomy and physiology. But of the fats, nuts/seeds are some better with small organic extra virgin oiive & sesame oils or krill oil (likely better than distilled fish oil). I say take supplements only 4-5 days/week so that the body does not become adapted to them & they become ineffective. www.thepm.
